Low Speed Fuel Pump Fault
Findings, check these first
- Failed low-speed fuel pump relay or resistor circuit
- Worn fuel pump unable to run on the low-speed circuit
- Corroded fuel pump wiring or ground
- Blown fuel pump fuse
- PCM driver fault for the low-speed circuit
Standard procedure
- Test fuel pressure on both pump speeds
- Swap the low-speed relay with a known-good identical relay
- Inspect pump wiring and grounds for corrosion
- Check fuse condition under load, not just visually
- Replace the pump if pressure drops only on low speed
